• Document and validate current workflow

• Identify and validate key operational and tech challenges

• Identify opportunities for AI, Automation and other digital tools to free up team capacity

• Redesign workflow(s) to address challenges and increase productivity

• Develop and prioritize improvement recommendations to implement

• Develop pilot implementation plan focusing on incremental improvements to adjust as you go
